Description
The focal point upcycled stamp beads are created by rolling barrel shaped paper beads from re-purposed paper and then wrapping a cancelled (used) US postage stamp around the outer part of the bead. All silver components are high quality silver plated brass, steel, and pewter. The earwires are high quality silver plated brass and are of the leverback type (a lever on the back folds up to keep the earring in place). The paper beads used in these earrings are finished with Mod Podge waterbase sealer and then with glossy clear acrylic sealer, but please note they are NOT waterproof. Submerging in water during swimming or bathing is not recommended. NOT suitable for young children. Imperfections are common and expected in these paper beads and considered part of the artistic quality. Please thoroughly review all photos to ensure you are comfortable with the level of imperfection, as each upcycled stamp bead is unique.
